Die Suche nach Updates ist fehlgeschlagen iPad

Wenn du dein iPhone, dein iPad oder deinen iPod touch nicht drahtlos aktualisieren kannst, liegt das möglicherweise an einem der folgenden Gründe:

• Der Speicherplatz auf dem Gerät reicht nicht aus.
• Das Update lädt sehr langsam.
• Der Update-Server ist nicht erreichbar.
• Das Update wird nicht abgeschlossen.

Wenn nicht ausreichend Speicherplatz zum Laden und Installieren eines Updates vorhanden ist, versucht die Software auf dem Gerät, mehr Speicherplatz zu schaffen. iOS entfernt nur App-Daten, die das System selbst wieder laden kann. Persönliche Daten werden nicht entfernt oder verschoben. Wenn der gewonnene Speicherplatz dennoch nicht ausreicht, kannst du das Gerät über den Computer aktualisieren.

Wenn du das Gerät nicht mit dem Computer verbinden kannst, entferne nicht verwendete Inhalte und Apps vom Gerät, um Platz für das Update zu schaffen. Gehe zu "Einstellungen" > "Allgemein" > "[Gerät]-Speicher".

"Update kann nicht installiert werden. Für das Softwareupdate ist eine Netzwerkverbindung erforderlich."
 

Bei der Installation des Updates kann es vorkommen, dass sich der Statusbalken nur langsam bewegt. Die Dauer eines Updates hängt von seiner Größe sowie der Anzahl von Dateien auf dem Gerät ab.

Wenn du das Update drahtlos durchführst, muss das Gerät an eine Stromquelle angeschlossen sein. Falls sich die Batterie des Geräts vor Abschluss des Vorgangs vollständig entlädt, schließe das Gerät an eine Stromquelle an, und schalte es ein, damit das Update oder die Wiederherstellung abgeschlossen werden kann.

• Not enough available storage space on your device

If there isn't enough space to download and install an update, the software on your device will try to make space. It will remove only app data that it can download again and doesn't remove or relocate any of your data. If your device still doesn't have enough space, you can use your computer to update your device.

If you can't connect your device to your computer, you can make room for the update by removing content and apps on your device that you don't use. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.

You can use your device normally while downloading the update, and your device will notify you when you can install it. If you're installing the update, the progress bar might appear to move slowly. The time an update takes depends on the size of the update and the number of files on your device.

When you're updating over the air, keep your device connected to a power source. If your device runs out of power, connect it to a power source and turn on the device to let the update or restore complete.
