Do u currently have a sim card in the phone? Try putting a sim card in the phone even if it's from another carrier and see if it lets you at least get past that screen. If you still get stuck on that screen after trying another sim card pm me your imei and I'll try and help you get it unlocked.

Hi, NinjaPerv! I have the same situation as the user WOLFdeux. My phone XT2117-1 (Moto G Power 4+64GB) is locked by Verizon provider. There is no Verizon network in my country. Since AT&T owns Cricket Wireless, it should not be a problem, to simply insert a sim. If anything, just take it in to an AT&T Store and they will be happy to assist. For free.

I have the Moro G Pure and I’m experiencing the same issue. I reset the phone and it’s displaying a message that my phone is locked and to insert a valid SIM card. The problem is that someone pushed something too far into the eject hole for the SIM card bracket to come out and it’s broken and will not go back in. Id like to use the phone for Wi-Fi for my kids but I cannot get passed the phone locked screen. Can anyone help?
