Only Coaches and Team Admins can upload video to Hudl.

1. Log in to Hudl.com and click Upload.

   

2. Use the drop-down to select the correct team for the upload.

   

3. Click Select Files or drag and drop the video file(s) into the upload window.

   

4. Select the files need­ed for upload and click Open.

   

   To select mul­ti­ple video files, click the first file list­ed, then press and holdShift on your key­board and click the last file you want uploaded.

5. Check that all video files that need to be uploaded are list­ed in the cor­rect order to be uploaded. If the files are out of order man­u­al­ly drag the files into the cor­rect order, or click the drop-down next to Order by and choose the cor­rect way to order the files.

   

6. Double check that all video files that need to be uploaded are list­ed or choose add video to this event, then click Upload.

   

7. As soon as the upload starts, a progress bar will appear. While you wait, use the options on the right to add details like Video Type.

   

8. If you'd like to tie your video to a schedule entry, choose the event or click Add a scheduled event. Click None if you don't want the video tied to a schedule entry.

   

9. Enter the details for the video, then click Save Event.

   

10. Click Edit to select who you'd like to share your video with.

    

    Hover over the circles below Edit to see who the files will be shared with.

11. Click the box under Share With Others to select the athletes or groups that you'd like to share with. You can narrow your search by typing the name of a group or member in the search box.

    

12. Once you've selected your athletes, click Send.

    

    To disable notifications, uncheck the box next to Send Notifications and click Add.

13. Select Done to exit the sharing permissions.

    

14. Once the upload is complete, select Upload Something Else or click Video to head to your library to watch the film.
