I have had my Kamvas 13 for about 7 months now and I have never encountered this problem. The light around the power button turns on and the pen moves the cursor but the screen is just black with little hints of white around the edge. I have no idea how this happened, I just left my tablet on a shelf in my room alone for a week without touching it. Also, the pen moves the cursor on my laptop screen even though I’m in extend display mode? By the way I’m using the 3 wire cable to power my tablet. Please help, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could list multiple solutions that could possibly work, and I will respond to let them know if the solution worked or not. Show
