Céline Dion is making her rom-com debut in “It’s All Coming Back to Me,” which is set to hit theaters Feb. 10, 2023 — and comes with a bonus new track from the legendary diva.

The movie features Dion’s music, and she’ll be starring as herself, though it’s not a biopic about the iconic 54-year-old French Canadian songstress.

Filming on “It’s All Coming Back to Me,” a remake of the 2016 German film “SMS für Dich,” or “Text for You,” wrapped early last year.

It stars Priyanka Chopra, 39, whose bereaved character develops a habit of sending romantic texts to her late fiancé’s former cellphone as a way to cope with his loss. The number turns out to be reassigned to another man, played by Sam Heughan (“Outlander”), 41, who is grappling with his own loss. The two heartbroken characters meet and develop a connection.

Dion, as herself, serves as a mentor figure who inspires Chopra’s and Heughan’s characters to fall in love. 

The Sony-distributed flick is named after the Jim Steinman ballad “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now,” which was famously covered by Dion for her 1996 breakout album “Falling Into You.”

Heughan told Variety that the best-selling Canadian and French-language artist of all time has also recorded a new song for the movie.

Meanwhile, the French Canadian film “Aline,” a fictionalization of Dion’s life, is currently showing in select US cinemas, with her name being changed to Aline Dieu. Dion announced last year that an “official” documentary is also on the way.

Citing health concerns, the singer recently canceled several North American dates of her “Courage” world tour, which began just before the pandemic in 2020. Her schedule picks up again in May with a string of European dates.

According to Variety, the 54-year-old music star's upcoming film It's All Coming Back to Me, that was previously titled Text for You, will be released in theaters nationwide on Feb. 10, 2023.

The film also stars actors Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sam Heughan, Russell Tovey, Omid Djalili and Celia Imrie.

Chopra Jonas, 39, stars in the film as a despondent widow who tragically lost her fiancé and has started texting his old number again.

Receiving the messages is Heughan's character, who now has that number and is going through similar heartbreak.

The two characters will reportedly fall in love thanks to the music and influence of Dion, according to Entertainment Weekly.

It's unclear if Dion will play herself in the film, but she seems to be the reason the two characters end up giving love another chance.

It's All Coming Back to Me would mark the five-time Grammy Award winner's acting debut in a film.

The film is written and directed by Jim Strouse and Screen Gems produced it.

It's All Coming Back to Me is an English remake of the 2016 German film SMS für Dich, based on a book by author Sofie Crame.

The announcement of the film's release comes just months after the "My Heart Will Go On" singer shared a touching tribute to her late husband René Angélil on the sixth anniversary of his death in January. She shares sons René-Charles, 21, and twins Nelson and Eddy, 11, with Angélil.

Angélil, who was also Dion's manager, died in 2016 at age 74, after years of battling throat cancer.

The Instagram post featured lyrics from her 2019 song "Courage" and a black-and-white photo of Angélil taken by photographer Hans Lambrechts.

"I would be lying if I said I'm fine, I think of you at least a hundred times, cause in the echo of my voice I hear your words just like you're there… I miss you – Céline xx…" she wrote in the caption.

The singer repeated the first portion of the phrase in a second paragraph, but replaced "I miss you" with the French translation "Tu me manques."

Written by Jim Steinman, it was girl group Pandora’s Box who originally went on to record it first in 1989, although Meat Loaf had reportedly also wanted to record the song for years and include it in his album Bat Out of Hell III.

But Steinman declined, saying he viewed it as a “woman’s song” and even won a court order that prevented Meat Loaf from being able to use it.

After Pandora’s Box, Dion went on to record the song as well for her fourth studio album, Falling Into You. The song peaked at No 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for five weeks. It was critically acclaimed with Andrew Lloyd Webber reportedly telling Steinman he thought the song was “the greatest love song ever written” and that Dion’s version was “the record of the millennium”.

Eventually, Meat Loaf did record a version as a duet with Marion Raven in 2006. However, in an interview with Billboard magazine, he said he was still bitter that Dion got there before him.

"That was my song. I wanted to record it for Bat II and Jim said, 'Let's wait for Bat III' and I took him at his word. The next thing you know, Celine Dion is recording it."
